FOUR S Limited Partnership – Terms of Service
By accessing, browsing, and using the FOUR S website or the Uber Rider application for the use of Comfort or Van products and/or by accepting and/or completing a booking using the Uber Rider application for the use of Comfort or Van products, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below, which constitute an Agreement between FOUR S Limited Partnership (“FOUR S” or the “Intermediary”) and the Customer.
FOUR S will notify the Customer via email or through a notification in the Uber application in the event that these Terms and Conditions are changed. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted such changes provided that they continue to use the FOUR S website to make trips.
DEFINITIONS
“Agreement” means the agreement concluded between the Intermediary and the User, in order for the User to have access to the Intermediation Services.
- “Uber Rider Application” means the Uber mobile application that allows the User to access the Intermediary’s Services for the purpose of searching and submitting on-demand requests for Transportation Services.
- “Territory” means the geographical area of the island of Santorini where Transportation Companies and their Drivers are able to provide Transportation Services.
- “Transportation Company” means a licensed car rental company contracted with FOUR S that performs transportation requests using private passenger vehicles with driver.
- “Transportation Services” means the provision of transport services to the User through the Intermediation Services within the Territory, offered by the Transportation Company and its Drivers using Vehicles.
- “Intermediation Services” or “FOUR S Services” means the electronic services provided by the Intermediary through a digital platform sublicensed by Uber B.V., acting as an on-demand intermediary, and related services that allow Transportation Companies to receive and fulfill transportation requests submitted by Users.
- “User” or “Customer” means an end user authorized by Uber B.V. to use the Uber Rider Application for the purpose of obtaining Intermediation Services and Transportation Services.
- “User Information” means information relating to a User made available by the Intermediary to the Transportation Company or the Driver, including name, pickup location, contact details, ID/passport number, and photo.
- “Vehicle” means any vehicle of the Transportation Company that complies with applicable legal requirements and the Intermediary’s standards.
ABOUT FOUR S – INTERMEDIARY
FOUR S Limited Partnership is a limited liability company registered in Athens, holding the necessary licenses in accordance with Law 4530/2018 for the provision of Intermediation Services between the Customer, who is a passenger seeking Transportation Services, and the Transportation Company, which is a licensed car rental company executing transportation requests with private passenger vehicles with driver.
SCOPE
FOUR S acts as an intermediary between the Customer and Transportation Companies.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all future business relationships with the Customer, even if not explicitly agreed again. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions, particularly any deviations proposed by the Customer, are hereby rejected. Silence on the part of FOUR S regarding any deviation shall not be deemed as consent, even if FOUR S performs without reservation.
BOOKING REQUESTS SUBMITTED THROUGH FOUR S SERVICES
As an Intermediary, FOUR S facilitates the connection between the Customer and Transportation Companies.
a) Conclusion of the Contract
A contract for Intermediation Services and Transportation Services is concluded when a Driver of a Transportation Company contracted with FOUR S accepts a ride request submitted via the Uber Rider application.
Upon conclusion of the contract:
(i) A summary of the contract will be generated electronically, including the main characteristics of the Transportation Service (such as the Driver’s name, Customer’s name, Customer ID/passport number, vehicle license plate, vehicle model, price, pickup location, destination, start time, and end time), and shared with the Intermediary and the Driver.
(ii) The Customer will receive the Driver’s name, vehicle license plate number, Driver rating, and location.
b) Cancellations
If the Customer books a trip using FOUR S Services through the Uber Rider application:
- Cancellation within 2 minutes after acceptance is free of charge.
- After 2 minutes:
- €6 cancellation fee for Comfort trips
- €10 cancellation fee for Van trips
The Driver will wait at the pickup location for up to 5 minutes free of charge. After 5 minutes, the Driver may cancel the trip, and the same cancellation fees apply.
The cancellation fee is charged via the payment method selected in the Uber Rider application.
PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
For bookings requested via FOUR S through the Uber Rider application, the price for Transportation Services will be charged in the name and on behalf of FOUR S using the payment method selected by the Customer prior to requesting services (including applicable taxes and fees).
Alternatively, the Customer may pay the fare in cash directly to the Driver at the end of the trip.
If the primary payment method fails, a secondary method selected by the Customer may be used.
After payment, the Customer will receive a confirmation via email.
- The following rates apply to Transportation Services booked through FOUR S using the Uber Rider application.
Comfort
- Minimum fare: €40 for a minimum booking duration of 30 minutes
- For bookings exceeding 30 minutes and €40:

Black
- Minimum fare: €56 for 30 minutes

5.2 Pricing Adjustments
In case of high demand, prices may increase. The increased price is displayed in the Uber Rider application before booking. Changes or additions to the destination may also affect the final price.
FOUR S USE OF SERVICES
The Customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable laws when accessing or using FOUR S Services. In order to obtain Transportation Services, a Passenger Profile will be created and the Customer will be required to provide FOUR S with certain personal information, including their first and last name, their Greek ID card or passport number, as well as the pickup location. Once the Customer submits a request for Transportation Services, FOUR S will provide them with certain information about the Driver, including the Driver’s name, photo, location, vehicle model, and license plate number.
RATINGS
The Customer agrees that after receiving the Transportation Services, they will be asked by the Uber Rider Application to provide a rating of the Transportation Services and the Driver and, optionally, to provide comments regarding those Transportation Services and the Driver.
PERSONAL DATA
The Customer agrees and consents to provide FOUR S with the Data and Information requested, including their username, Greek ID card or passport number, and pickup location, in order to obtain Intermediation Services and Transportation Services, as defined in these Terms and Conditions, and to comply with obligations arising from applicable transportation regulations within the Territory. Furthermore, the Customer authorizes FOUR S, the Transportation Company, and its Drivers to use their personal data and other information solely for the purposes of providing the Intermediation Services and Transportation Services, as defined in these Terms and Conditions, and for compliance with legal obligations.
LIABILITY
Subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by law, FOUR S shall be liable for direct damages actually suffered by the Customer as a result of a breach of FOUR S’s obligations in relation to the Intermediation Services.
FORCE MAJEURE
Obstacles to the performance of these Terms that are not attributable to the risk sphere of the contracting party shall release the parties from their performance obligations for the duration of the disruption and to the extent of its effects. Acts of God, earthquakes, fires, floods, labor disputes, threats to public health including pandemic events, strikes and lockouts, force majeure, riots, acts of war or terrorism, traffic accidents and road blockages, official measures, and other unforeseen and serious events shall be considered obstacles to performance under these Terms.
In such cases, each contracting party is obliged to immediately inform the other party and to minimize any negative impact on the other party to the extent possible.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The formation, validity, and performance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as all obligations arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with Greek law. The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, action, claim, controversy, or cause of action between the parties arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
MISCELLANEOUS
Any amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
